Minister Tara was born and raised in Compton, California where she and her two siblings were raised by their mother. After graduating from High School she attended San Jose State University where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Communications. She then shortly after received her Master’s Degree in Human Resources Organizational Management.

Minister Tara was Licensed and Ordained in 2008 under the leadership of Pastor Horacio S. Jones, Sr. Pastor of Family Bible Fellowship – Newark Ca.

With a love for God and a clear understanding of her purpose in Christ, Minister Tara founded Angel Ministries, Inc. (AMI), an Evangelistic outreach organization located in the Bay Area in 2004. Under the umbrella of Angel Ministries, Inc., Tara oversees the Refinery Outreach Center, Fire & POWER Conferences; as well as Youth and Young Adult weekend Camp Retreats – “Thee Angel in Me” & “Shift.” Tara also oversees Angel’s Closet where those in great need are able to freely shop in our mobile store where they are provided limited new and gently used clothing.

With an undeniable prophetic anointing, God has blessed Minister Tara with the capacity to minister a timely, relevant, and seasoned word to many. She is known for her raw unapologetic delivery of the Word of God with prophetic power and precision. When she ministers the manifestation of God’s presence is revealed.

Committed to transforming lives, Tara travels around the country speaking and encouraging people to take their lives back, by loving themselves, striving to want more, to dream bigger, while meeting each person right where they are. While God has gifted and anointed Minister Tara with an array of gifts and responsibilities, she proclaims the greatest gift of all is being a loving mother to her two children.
